Absolutely amazing. Sue and Steve were fantastic hosts and left personalised gifts and things to really make it special. Charlie our dog got a goodie bag too with was so lovely. Eggs from the chickens and the flowers from the garden were special touches. The homemade scones on arrival were delicious! The fizz too. The Stables it's self was very clean, well Equipped, cozy bed and brilliant shower, everything you needed - The garden was safe and perfect for us and the dog. Fantastic selection of items for dogs to be used. Great location for exploring Angelsey. Excellent communication and recommendations. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you

We arrived at the tail end of ‘Storm Dennis’ so the weather had been lively to say the least. However the area is stunningly beautiful. With fabulous coastal walks and an abundance of nature from brown seal to birds of every description.
Coming back to this cute cosy cottage has been a joy. The hosts have been welcoming, kind and considerate and the attention to detail, some of the best we have encountered in particular the dog friendly aspect was the best we have experienced.
We can recommend a meal at Y Ring we went on grill night and were made very welcome. Coastal walks at Cemaes and be sure to do a detour down to the old brickworks. Coastal walks from Molefre to Lligwy Bay and a cuppa at the very friendly cafe.
A return trip is on the cards in September.

"We've spent a wonderful few days here - very lazy mornings in you comfortable cosy cottage, where every detail has been carefully thought out and beautifully presented. We have then enjoyed some fantastic circular coastal walks around (1) Bully Bay (The Old Brickworks was fascinating) (2) Celyn Bay <--> Carmel Head (interesting sand bar, church, beautiful scenery and even a seal in the bay.) (3) Lligwy Bay and inbound to Bodafon Mountain, amazing 360 degree views of the island, lovely sandy beach at Lligwy Bay and pub and cafe stop en-route!).

We were recommended the fish and chip shop in Moelfre by some locals and it did not disappoint.

Thanks for the goodies (the lemon cake was delicious!) and for the very warm welcome."

"Back again. Thank you for a wonderful welcome.
We have had a lovely week walking parts of the coastal path. Amazed at the changes of scenery as we work our way around the island.
Look forward to coming again."

Liverpool's accolade of the European Capital of Culture in 2008.
The Stables would achieve the same award every year after the work put into
The Stables and the warm welcome Sue and Steve both give you when you arrive."
