The cottage is available all year round and is very comfortable for those winter breaks as it is centrally heated and has a log effect fire keeping you warm and cosy on those chilly evenings. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Shorter stays and weekend stays are available £45 per night(up to 4 people) £10 per head over 4.

Discounts for late bookings and longer stays.

A supplement of £20 per week will be made to cover the cost of electricity and gas during the colder months Sept - March. Shorter stays and weekend stays subject to availabillity will be charged at £45 per night up to 4 people, £10 per head over that.

Booking Conditions
Bookings may be made by telephone, post or e mail, a deposit of £50.00 per week secures a booking. The balance should be paid at least two weeks before your arrival.

If a booking is cancelled the deposit will be forfeit unless we are successful in re-letting the property.

The accommodation will be ready for you from 2.30pm at the start of your holiday and you are asked to leave by 10.00am on departure day.

Please note that during your stay at the accommodation you are responsible for its care and upon your departure that the place is left clean and tidy. Any damage or breakages must be reported prior to departure.

Your pets are welcome on the understanding that owners ensure that the garden is left clean and tidy and that pets are not allowed onto the furniture, especially beds.
