Wonderful View from the Cottage Gate

The Stables is situated 4 miles inland from picturesque Cemaes Bay and a short drive from Amlwch. Shops, takeaways and pubs serving food can be found in both Cemaes Bay and Amlwch. Wylfa power station visitor centre and Cemlyn Bay are also nearby. The cottage is within easy distance from Llyn Alaw for bird watching, fishing, walking. There is an excellent beach in Cemaes Bay. Signposted scenic cycle routes on Anglesey can also be picked up near to the cottage.

The cottage is situated in a rural area with lovely country walks on the doorstep.

The cottage will be available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure for servicing. Discounts are available for long stays and late bookings.

Directions
Come onto the island over either bridge and take the A5025 towards Amlwch. Continue on this road until you come into Amlwch you will see a Total Garage on your left. At the pedestrian lights turn left into Mona Street The Market Tavern pub is on your right. Continue up Mona Street past the Fire Station throught the village and take a left turn over the railway bridge. Continue on this road for approximately 2 miles to Rhosgoch you will pass the Lastra Farm Hotel and in Rhosgoch The Ring Pub. Turn right at the sign for Llanfechell, Rhyd y Felin is about half a mile down the road on the left.
